    The bridal styling specialist will play a pivotal role in providing an unforgettable service journey for brides at our New York boutique. **Availability to work weekends, especially every Saturday and Sunday, is essential.

Our focus is to offer a new kind of bridal experience for women through fully customizable products, ensuring a perfect fit with the fastest turnaround of 8 weeks of delivery. Within the realm of Les Aimants, we've meticulously crafted a space dedicated to ensuring that your voyage in finding that dream gown becomes a tale treasured forever. Our customizable bridal line goes beyond mere fashion; it provides an immersive, tech-savvy experience, making every moment memorable as you create your unique wedding story.

    Qualifications:

    A background in design is essential, along with basic sketching skills

    At least 3 years of experience in Bridal or Luxury Sales is required

    Availability for a flexible weekend schedule is a must

    Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering and nurturing relationships with clients

    Ability to embody the role of a brand ambassador, with a good grasp of social media

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    An entrepreneurial mindset that aligns with the brand's ethos

    A deep commitment to upholding our core values of honesty, trustworthiness, and loyalty

    Always professionally dressed and poised

    Responsibilities:

    Availability from Thursday to Sunday for bridal consultations

    Tailor each bridal consultation from the initial booking to the final sale

    Manage email, phone, and text inquiries about appointments and design customizations

    Relay client requirements to our tailor and fitting team

    Excel in customer service; retail experience is mandatory

    Maintain showroom presentation and displays

    Job Requirements:

    A flexible schedule that includes weekends. Target-oriented. Superior communication skills. High client conversion rate. Professional demeanor in appearance.
