As we continue to grow and expand our brands to include FIAT, FIAT Professional, and Abarth, we are looking for a new team member to join our Dürkop GmbH branch in
Göttingen as a
Service Advisor (m/f/d).


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Providing qualified and specialized customer advice on the service and service offerings of the dealership
  • Sales of aftersales services tailored to customer needs
  • Creating orders while considering the feasibility of the job, warranty/guarantee policies, and special service offerings
  • Scheduling and performing all maintenance and repair work while maintaining high quality standards
  • Customer care and retention, as well as expanding the customer base

Qualifications we are looking for:


  • Successfully completed technical training (e.g. as a car mechanic) with relevant manufacturerspecific training
  • Several years of experience in a dealership, particularly in aftersales
  • A strong focus on service and customer satisfaction, with a passion for automobiles
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, and ideally with experience using the
