    Are you a seasoned Real Estate Coordinator with a keen eye for detail? We invite you to consider applying to this position which is an integral part of our team.

    With a valid California real estate sales license and a solid understanding of the dynamics within residential real estate sales, you'll quickly find your place within our ranks.


    Your responsibilities will span a wide spectrum, encompassing skillful transaction coordination, the crafting and execution of impactful marketing strategies, daily maintenance of the CRM system, and the delivery of exceptional service to both our valued clients and agents.


    Allow your organizational abilities will shine as you oversee all facets of office management, including the day-to-day needs of the office including managing office supplies and equipment.

    Residential Real Estate Experience is required

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:


    • Listing Management (Listing to Contract)
    • Transaction Support (Contract to Closing)
    • Marketing and Database Support
    • Administrative Support
    • Assist with agent Recruiting

    As our Real Estate Coordinator, you will be responsible for:


    • Overseeing all administrative tasks and ensuring they are completed accurately and on time
    • Coordinating and managing all transactions, including contracts, listings, and closings
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services and listings
    • Maintaining and updating our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information and facilitating lead follow-up and communication
    • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and maintaining positive relationships with them throughout the buying or selling process
    • Managing the office as a whole, including the equipment and supplies, and ordering new items when necessary

    Qualifications


    • A valid CA Real Estate License
    • Previous experience in administrative support in a residential real estate sales setting (experience in CA is preferred)
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, CRMLS, zipForms, Canva, CRMs, and other commonly used software applications
    • Familiarity with CRM databases and other real estate-specific software
