    We are seeking a dynamic operations coordinator to join our team in South Carlsbad, CA. As an integral part of our organization, the operations coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations while also assisting with entry-level recruiting activities.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, supply management, and vendor coordination.
    • Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for entry-level recruiting efforts, high-call volume.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases to track candidate and client information.
    • Support the team with various projects and initiatives to drive organizational success.
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Previous experience in office administration or operations coordination is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
