Job Description:

You will lead the team of software engineers at Cedar Mill
You will be responsible for planning and executing machine projects within the software team
You will optimize work organization, internal processes, and procedures related to software within your team
You will support and develop the team of employees
You will work closely with other software leaders and represent the department
You will stay updated on technical developments in the field, propose improvements, and oversee their implementation
You will organize and participate in shop floor meetings
You will implement processes based on relevant metrics
You will ensure compliance with legal and company regulations, safety standards, and work schedules
You will assist the BU Customer Service with troubleshooting and adjustments
You will support the BU Sales team with technical inquiries

Requirements:

You have a technical degree or equivalent experience
You have advanced knowledge of automation for special machines (control technology and robotics)
You have programming skills for machine controls, ideally with experience in Schneider's Motion Control System PacDrive 3 and the Rockwell environment
You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills
You are proactive and adaptable
You have a self-sufficient and solution-oriented work style
