The Pension Fund of the Westphalian-Lippe Chamber of Dentists is a professional pension institution for dentists in Westphalia-Lippe. Its task is to ensure an adequate retirement and survivor's pension for its more than 7,800 members and their families, and to provide protection in case of occupational disability.

We are currently seeking a full-time and permanent Employee in Pension Service (m, w, d) to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

Processing all tasks related to pensions, including processing pension applications and issuing pension decisions
Providing personal, telephone, and written support to pensioners
Reporting procedures (implementation and monitoring)
Preparatory measures for the actuary

Your profile:

Completed degree in business administration, economics, or business informatics, completed commercial training, or a comparable qualification
Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
Interest in familiarizing yourself with issues related to members and pensions, as well as actuarial mathematics
Confident handling of IT and common office applications, especially Excel (preferably Excel VBA
