- Understand the property's rental rates, special promotions, and availability, staying well-informed about market conditions and competitor properties.
- Prior experience in Lease Up is preferred.
- Lease vacant units by assessing prospective residents according to company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
- Manage ongoing resident and lease-related matters, including coordinating with maintenance staff for work orders and inspections.
- Administer rental income and issue late fees/eviction notices when necessary.
- Conduct inspections of pre-leased apartments before scheduled move-ins and exhibit vacant apartments to potential residents.
- Document all traffic (e.g., internet leads, walk-ins, phone inquiries) and input data into Yardi (the accounting software) daily.
- Engage in outreach marketing to local businesses in the vicinity.
- Familiarity with and utilization of internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, Instagram, email, and other platforms.
