We are looking for aLeasing Consultant for High-Rise luxury property located in Ft. Lauderdale. With experience in sales and strong personality.
Responsibilities
- Renting apartments, attending to prospects via phone, in person or via electronic mail, including resident activities and compliance requirements.
- Assist the Property Manager/Assistant Manager in maintaining organization of the office, files, binders, etc. as needed.
- Answer all incoming phone calls in a positive and professional manner, fill out welcome cards.
- Keep the resident referral updated.
- Turnover of units.
Skills
- Proving working experience in customer service
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Internet Usage
- Customerfocused approach.
- Highly motivated, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Knowledge of Tax Credit, Market Rent and One site software preferred
Position offers competitive salary and benefits.
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
