    CTR Group is seeking two Front Desk Receptionist / Admin Assistant for a Health & Wellness Center in the Virginia Beach, VA area. Immediate openings and urgently hiring

    Pay Rate: $15.00 per Hour plus benefits.

    SUMMARY:

    Seeking two Receptionists to provide front office reception duties, meeting, greeting and assisting residents and their guests. Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, as well as additional clerical duties.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years of front desk receptionist experience, preferably in a residential or resort environment
    • Excellent phone etiquette
    • Data Entry skills
    • Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Outgoing, pleasant personality
    • Must be able to pass a background check
