- Work with clients to understand their goals, concerns, and current financial information. Analyze information to create a strategy with appropriate products and services, including holistic solutions in both wealth accumulation and risk mitigation.
- Develop a customized roadmap for clientele that considers various strategies for both individual and business/enterprise clientele. Individual offerings may include financial planning (individual/family, retirement, estate, etc.), investment products (bonds, stock, brokerage accounts, etc.), life insurance, and/or disability products. Business/enterprise offerings may include worksite insurance, group health plans, retirement planning, and business owner disability products.
- Build and maintain a base of clients who value your input and guidance.
- Consistently connect with clients to keep their financial strategies current and aligned with their goals, building relationships with clients that will last for years.
- Open to career changers that exemplify our mission and core values (we can train on the rest).
- Completed 4-year college degree (Bachelor's Degree).
- State Life and Health License (or willingness to take and pass testing upon employment).
- Series 7 and 66 Licenses (or willingness to take and pass testing upon employment).
- Prior experience in wealth or financial planning, advising, or life and/or annuity sales is a plus.
- Strong ability to identify and engage with high-quality prospects with investable assets.
