    Financial Customer Care Representative - Denver, CO, United States - TEKsystems

    Description

    Location: *Onsite* Denver, CO 80206

    Pay Rate: $21 (first 3 months), $23 once obtain SIE license, $25-$26 once fully licensed

    Schedule: M-F, 7am to 4pm (occasional mandatory overtime)

    Training: Paid 5-6 weeks

    Job Duties:

    • Main responsibility is supporting investors through processing transaction requests, online account questions, and helping investors make a decision based on account goals.
    • Will also process purchase, redemptions, exchanges and other account transactions over the phone
    • Help investors navigate and troubleshoot online or website issues

    Experience Needed:

    • At least 1 year in a customer-service oriented role (i.e. retail, food service, etc.)
    • Someone who is ambitious to grow within a company - Career driven
    • Nice to have: Experience in Financial industry, mutual funds, inbound calls.
    • College degree or Relevant
    • FINRA SIE, Series 6, and 63 licensed (must be obtained within 6 months)
