The agaSAAT GmbH is a nationally and internationally active medium-sized family business driven by passion, specializing in food trading and the refinement of baking seeds/spices for over 30 years.

To expand our core competence, we are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team.

What you can contribute:
You will work closely with our sales management and other departments to ensure smooth sales processes. You will be responsible for supporting our (international) customers via phone and email. You will independently create, coordinate, and track offers and orders. You will maintain our customer database and create meaningful analyses/reports. You will prepare for complaint processing. You will keep an eye on office organization (including filing organization). You will organize sample shipments.

What you bring:
A completed commercial education or a comparable qualification. First relevant professional experience in the described field of work. Enjoyment of working with customers. Strong communication skills in German and English. Teamwork, independent and careful work style. Proficient in using MS Office.
