Your responsibilities

Review and approval of defect reports.
First level support for municipal clients.
Assistance in configuring new digital defect reporter platforms.
Testing new features.
Support the team in the conceptual development of the system.

Your profile

You already have some professional experience.
You have a high level of teamwork and responsibility.
You have an affinity for digital media.
You are not afraid of direct customer contact.
You are fluent in German.
