As a MedSpa Manager at V/O MedSpa, you will be at the forefront of the beauty and wellness industry. You will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional quality of services and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for aesthetics and wellness.


Responsibilities:


  • Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals including estheticians, nurses, and administrative staff to achieve excellent patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the daytoday operations of the MedSpa, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure their satisfaction with services.
  • Marketing and Growth: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Med Spa's services and implement strategies to increase revenue and client base.
  • Budget Management: Manage the financial aspects of the MedSpa, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting.

Supplier Relations:
Maintain relationships with product and service vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring the highest quality supplies.

  • Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing training and development opportunities for staff to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or wellness industry, preferably in a MedSpa setting.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of aesthetics and wellness treatments, including cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring.
  • Understanding of MedSpa regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
  • Marketing and sales experience is a plus.
