    Judson Group has been retained by a comprehensive fee-only wealth management firm in the search for a

    Wealth Manager .

    This individual will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships by providing sophisticated financial planning, investment management, and tax and estate planning services.

    This person will work collaboratively with a Senior Wealth Manager on various wealth services including retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, cash flow planning, etc.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-career advisor who enjoys holistic financial planning and servicing a variety of client relationships to join a collaborative and growing team.


    Responsibilities:
    Build and maintain client relationships as lead advisor and in partnership with the Senior Wealth Managers.
    Responsible for proactive face-to-face communication and relationship building with clients, centers of influence, and prospects for clients.
    Prepare for and participate in clients' meetings with clients and prospective clients.
    Lead financial planning, investment advice, tax planning, and other elements of financial planning for clients.
    Strong knowledge in the areas of financial planning, asset allocation investment strategies and account administration.
    Responsible for satisfaction and retention of the firm's wealth management clients.

    Requirements:
    5+ years of wealth experience in an advisory/financial planning role.
    CFP required.

    Experience with various planning components including retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, cash flow planning, asset protection, and/or investment planning highly preferred.

    Experience with CRM, financial planning software, and portfolio accounting software.
