- Participates in the design and development of CFG's RIA advisor platform and programs
- Communicates and works with key stakeholders to dictate business requirements
- Maintains knowledge and develops analysis of current and emerging industry trends
- Works with various internal and external constituencies to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget delivery of initiatives
- Participates in the ongoing management of the advisor platform with a focus on trading and model management
- Supports Sales & Recruiting to drive the adoption of advisor platforms
- Collaborates with various internal teams to identify, develop, and implement process enhancements
- Manage program and process documentation
- Participates in developing advisor-facing materials (marketing material, FAQs, job aids, etc.)
- Develop reports from various sources to promote informed business decision-making
- Assists with the management of third-party vendor relationships
- Manages enhancement request and issue resolution
- Undergraduate degree from a four-year college or university
- 5-8 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Experience working with Outside RIA's preferred
- Experience with portfolio management and trading platforms, such as Tamarac, Vestmark, and Orion, desired
- Strong knowledge of the RIA landscape
- Takes initiative and desires to go above and beyond to deliver an impeccable client experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision, manage multiple projects, and deliver under pressure with tight and shifting deadlines
- Strong inter-personal skills: a team player with the ability to work with different groups that may be looking to accomplish varied objectives
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; act with professionalism when dealing with clients, business partners, and senior management
- Customer service-oriented
- Securities license (Series 7, 24, 63/65, 66) preferred

The Senior Investment Solutions Specialist will support the design, development, and management of Cetera Financial Group's RIA advisor platform and programs. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert and plan an integral role in the ongoing management of the new platform. This is a hybrid role, for one of our office locations: San Diego, El Segundo, Dallas, Enfield, Boca Raton, Denver, Atlanta, St Cloud, St Paul, Schaumburg, and Des Moines.

The base annual salary range for this role is $85,000 - $115,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
