    Job DescriptionJob Title: Executive Assistant & Shipping ClerkCompany: Cyril's FoodsLocation: Marina Mile Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FloridaJob Type: Part-Time (24 hours per week)Reports to: President and Purchasing & Logistics ManagerAbout Cyril's Foods:Join the Cyril's Foods Company team, a leader with 40 years of innovation in custom food solutions and creative frozen products.     Responsibilities:

    Executive Assistant Role

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the President.
    • Manage the President's calendar, arrange travel plans, itineraries, and meetings.
    • Compose and prepare correspondence, handle confidential matters with discretion.
    • Act as a liaison between staff, vendors, and clients; manage special projects.
    • Run errands, draft emails and letters, and take comprehensive notes at meetings.

    Shipping Clerk Role

    • Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, verify records, and prepare items for dispatch.
    • Determine the method of shipment, assemble containers, pack items securely, and affix shipping labels.
    • Unpack and inspect incoming shipments, report damages and shortages.
    • Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies, order products as needed.
    • Utilize , , for various shipping tasks.
    • Store items in walk-in freezers and examine outgoing shipments to ensure specifications are met.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent; secondary education is a plus.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Proficient in Gmail, Google Suite Apps, and shipping websites.
    • Located in or willing to relocate to Broward County, Florida.
    Your Schedule:
    • Available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays for a total of 24 hours per week.
