    Job Description
    • Process incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and conditions of shipments
    • Determine shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules
    • Arrange transportation that optimizes service and cost
    • Inspect incoming materials, assigning to designated location and notifying appropriate staff of potential quality issues
    • Inspect loading operations to ensure compliance with specifications
    • Ensure movement of shipments to appropriate assigned locations
    • Ensure shipping area is organized and clean at all times and meets all compliance factors
    • Maintain compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and other company-related policies and procedures
    • Compile and maintain applicable metrics as required
    • Ad hoc duties as required

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Min 2 years shipping and receiving experience
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Dexterity
    • Industry experience a plus
    • Forklift experience a plus
    • Bilingual a plus
    • Quantum software experience a plus
