Job Overview:
TEMP TO PERM POSITION 7AM-3:30PM
$19-$20/HR

As a CNC Mill Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) milling machines to produce precision parts and components.

Responsibilities:

Setup CNC mills by installing and adjusting tools and attachments.
Verifies settings by measuring positions, firstrun part, and sample work pieces.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience operating a CNC Mill
Must be able to set up milling machines.
Must be able to make minor corrections to programs / speeds / feeds / offsets.
Must be able to read drawings and written instructions. Including blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
Must be able to inspect / measure parts.
Good people skills and team player.
English proficiency.
