Job Overview: TEMP TO PERM POSITION

Job Purpose: Produces machined parts by setting up and operating CNC mills; ensuring quality and safety standards are met; keeping records; and maintaining equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up CNC mills by installing and adjusting tools and attachments.
  • Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces.
  • Maintain safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations.
  • Ensure continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
  • Document actions by completing production and quality logs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating a CNC Mill (preferably Haas).
  • Ability to set up milling machines and make minor corrections to programs, speeds, feeds, and offsets.
  • Proficient in reading drawings and written instructions, including blueprint interpretation.
  • Adept at inspecting and measuring parts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience in an ISO-9001:2015 or AS9100 certified manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • No weekends
