- Manage a variety of compliance topics under the direction of the Director, Research Compliance & Integrity Officer.
- Support the department's subject-matter expert on research and regulatory topics.
- Interact with all levels of CHLA management, employees, physicians, and patients.
- Assist in the ongoing development of the Research Compliance program.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Background in research or compliance within a healthcare or academic setting.
- Knowledge of operational and regulatory issues in research compliance.
- Project management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Certification in HealthCare Research Compliance (CHRC) or related field preferred.
- Leader in pediatric and adolescent health with a global impact.
