Overview
Purpose Statement/Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director, Research Compliance & Integrity Officer, the Research Compliance Specialist will manage a variety of compliance topics by gathering and analyzing relevant information.
This position will interact with all levels of CHLA management, employees, physicians, and patients in the performance of the essential functions and job duties.
The Research Compliance Specialist assists with the ongoing development of the Research Compliance program.Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:
2+ years of experience.
Experience in a research or compliance role within a health care or academic setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with clinical and pre-clinical research environments preferred.Education/Licensure/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Certification in HealthCare Research Compliance (CHRC), Export Compliance Professional (ECoP) certification, or other compliance or privacy professional certifications preferred.
Research or Research Compliance background preferred.
Pay Scale Information
USD $52,208.00
Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry.
The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.
