    Your Opportunity:

    • Work closely with project managers and leadership to review current business applications, identify gaps, and develop recommendations for improvement

    In addition to technical expertise, our ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of IT systems and the employee experience. We seek someone with 5+ years of experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) implementations and a good grasp of translating business processes into technical requirements.     This position is based in Sacramento County. Travel expenses associated with commuting to the office are not reimbursable, except for authorized transit subsidies.

    Working Conditions

    This position may be eligible for telework as per Covered California's policy. In-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees must be able to report to their worksite with minimal notice if an urgent situation arises.
