  • Implementing all functional topics from A for employment contracts to Z for references, from onboarding to offboarding of our employees
  • Advising and supporting a customized group of employees on personnel and labor law issues
  • Professional sparring partner for our managers on all human resourcesrelated questions
  • Competent contact person for specialist departments, works council and external bodies
  • Actively shaping processes and independently implementing projects
