Your responsibilities

Procurement of goods and services according to requirements, ensuring the best costs, quality, and delivery times
Processing of orders to ensure timely availability of materials and services
Monitoring of the ordering process to ensure delivery of requirements
Selection of suppliers within the defined strategies for product groups
Negotiation with suppliers in line with supplier or product group strategies
Support in handling complaints and escalation processes, initiating necessary clarification, escalation, and corrective measures
Support in supplier evaluation
Invoice clarification in case of deviations
Data entry, maintenance of master data, and overall document management related to procurement processes
Collaboration with procurement controlling
Cooperation with strategic procurement and departments
