You have commercial experience in land transport, preferably with your own vehicles
Within this experience, you have been involved in process optimization, project work, and operational controlling
You are a forward thinker and planner, with a strong affinity for numbers and a handson mentality. Ideally, you also have technical understanding
You are a strong leader and know how to engage and motivate your employees
