    Description


    Our client at Fort Jackson is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Care Specialist.

    As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.


    Responsibilities:

    Accurate computerized checkout:

    Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the company's checkout system, ensuring all purchases are handled with care and attention to detail.


    Requesting and identifying material from the warehouse:
    Assist customers in locating and retrieving items from the warehouse as needed.

    Shelf stocking:

    Maintain organized and fully stocked shelves by restocking merchandise in accordance with company standards, ensuring products are easily accessible to customers.


    Store cleanliness:

    Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both indoors and outdoors, by promptly addressing spills, debris, and other cleanliness issues.


    Other duties as requested:

    Flexibility is key in this role, as you may be required to assist with various tasks as directed by the Manager and/or Assistant Manager to support the overall operation of the store.

    Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

    No Degree Required

    Experience:

    1-4 years


    Qualifications:

    • Valid Driver's License, Car Registration
    • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Basic warehouse knowledge
    • Basic computer skills
    • Dependable
    • Customer service experience
