    Job Title: Lead HR Tech Analyst

    Company: HUB International

    The Lead HR Tech Analyst at HUB International plays a crucial role in supporting the company's HCM business processes. This role focuses on leveraging expertise in Workday and related HR technologies to ensure the efficient operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Workday Human Capital Management System.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Acting as a subject matter expert
    • Leading Workday configuration and solutioning with a focus on dashboards & reports
    • Supporting Workday release management
    • Maintaining awareness of current HRMS trends
    • Driving innovation and process improvement
    • Providing training and technical support to system end users

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or Business OR 8+ years of relevant experience
    • Workday partner or Pro Certification required
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Excellent customer service orientation
    • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
