works closely with faculty and administrators to facilitate and manage philanthropic engagement with corporate, foundation, and association constituents.
The work spans the medical enterprise and requires active and collaborative work with many allied campus offices, including the central development office, sponsored research, tech licensing, development services, and industrial contracts.
The work requires maturity, patience, tact and keen judgment to handle sensitive situations, taking into account Stanford's mission, policies, and interests.

This position reports to the Director of CFAR and supports the CFAR operational, administrative, and development activities.In this role, you will:
Develop, implement, and maintain new processes and procedures for project management efficiency and effectiveness for the entire team to adequately capture project volume and flow.
Craft, run, and execute trainings and presentations on behalf of the CFAR team and increasing efficiency of processes with partner teams and organizations.
Collect and analyze data, create reports and briefings and snapshots, review and explain trends; formulate and evaluate alternative solutions and/or recommendations to achieve team goals.
Manage scheduling needs for the Director, CFAR, and leadership.Actively collaborate and consult with non-Development offices to ensure compliance and consistency with university policies; direct engagement with funders, faculty, staff, and external constituents.
Analyze and interpret university policies; develop, revise and implement procedures for team.Administrative and event logistics and execution support.
