    Join Our Team as a Field Systems Support Engineer!

    We are looking for a Field Systems Support Engineer to provide hardware and software support to a group of Ezcorp Pawn shop locations. You will be responsible for conducting on-site visits for upgrades and functionality checks regularly.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide efficient IT service resolution for supported equipment
    • Ensure strict adherence to escalation procedures
    • Deploy new IT equipment and perform configurations
    • Re-image IT equipment when necessary
    • Maintain IT platform performance and reliability
    • Decommission IT equipment at a local level
    • Collaborate with Service Desk and Production Support
    • Offer 2nd level support for IT desktop operating systems and software deployments

    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of experience in IT Field Service Support
    • Strong knowledge of IT, Infrastructure, Operating Systems, and software
    • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality
    • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Software, or IT Engineering required
    • Master's degree is a plus
