    Job DescriptionKey Personnel is seeking a full time Medical Scheduler for a very busy Urology Clinic in the Tulsa area. This will be a temp to perm position.Medical Scheduler Pay: $16.00/hrMedical Scheduler Hours: Monday-Thursday from 8:00am – 5:00pm and Friday from 8:00am-1:30pm.
    • Once trained, you will close (8:00-5:00) on Fridays every 4-5 weeks.
    Medical Scheduler Duties:
    • Greets patients in a friendly, professional manner
    • Must be able to handle large daily call volumes
    • Works as part of the clinic team in an effective and efficient manner to accomplish daily objectives
    • Liaison between patients and staff
    • Must be able to memorize multiple protocols
    • Respects and maintains patient confidentiality
    • Must be able to work within multiple programs at once
    • Remains calm under pressure and handles difficult situations tactfully
    • Demonstrates effective and accurate verbal, written and electronic communication, and participates in clinic initiatives and operations
    Medical Scheduler Requirements:
    • High School Diploma
    • Preferred experience will be at least 2-3 years of Medial office or Call Center experience
    • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background
