The Marketing Coordinator (San Diego) supports the Marketing team on the implementation of creative strategies and campaigns across all CannaCraft brands and platforms.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized creative with a passion for the industry.PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Aid in the launch, support, and completion of marketing campaigns.
This includes organizing projects and tasks, fielding requests, and general logistical support, such as completing purchase orders and vendor management.
Work closely with Brand Managers, Marketing Director, and CMO to develop marketing strategies that support brand goals, including creative strategies for new product launches and support project timelines.
Coordinate with the Marketing Director on Yearly and Quarterly marketing strategies and schedules across all channels, including, in-store, print, digital, and social.
Coordinate marketing campaigns with Partner Vendors. Modify Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Express documents for distribution on various channels including print, digital, and email.Create and manage branded swag and manage brands' swag budget.
Maintain brand assets across platforms (Google Drive, Air, Leaflink, Weedmaps, and more.)
Coordinate with the Data team to analyze campaign ROI and utilize market research and competitor analysis to support marketing analytics.
Coordinate with the Creative team to ensure timely execution of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and landing pages.Coordinate with the Creative Team on constructive feedback and direction of marketing assets.
Coordinate project tasks via Asana (project management software) including organization of assets, hourly estimates, details, content and due dates.
Coordinate with the Content team on blogs, brand SEO, and email strategies.
SECONDARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES - REQUIRED
21 years of age or older at the time of application.
Live within San Diego County, CA.
High school degree or equivalent education required.
Reliable transportation.
Eager to work in a fast-paced, growing company.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to use communication and project management tools, like Slack and Asana.
Work collaboratively with teammates and utilize creative thinking to help solve problems.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES - PREFERRED
Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Cursory knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite or similar Graphic Layout software is expected.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Auditory and visual skills – Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to work overtime occasionally at the last minute.Occasional travel may be required.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
The employee will be expected to work 40 hours weekly and must be available and onsite during the "core" work hours of 9:00 a.m.
