    Exciting new opportunity with Onco360 Onco360 is looking for an Accounting Manager to be based at our corporate office in Louisville, KY.


    Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.

    Starting salary of $97,000 and up

    The Accounting Manager is responsible for recording and analyzing financial transactions, researching account issues, reviewing and providing audit documentation, and establishing quality control over financial reporting.

    This position will provides training and oversight to senior and staff accountants and provides senior management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts and preparing financial statements.

    They will also ensure the accuracy of financial statements through the review of account reconciliations and financial analysis.

    Major Responsibilities for the

    Accounting Manager:
    Oversees accounting team of Staff and Senior Accountants.
    Prepares balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports for the financial reporting package.
    Analyzes and summarizes financial statement trends, such as revenue, costs of goods sold, payroll, receivables, and payables.

    Produce accurate accounting reports, by overseeing the staff and senior accountants' work and through verification and posting of financial transactions, including confidential payroll information.

    Train accountants to ensure consistency in quality of work and cross-training skills to provide adequate coverage.
    Communicates with pharmacy and corporate management to explain current and expected trend variances.
    Reviews and approves monthly reconciliations of bank and balance sheet accounts and ensures proper resolution of outstanding items.
    Ensure timeliness of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for pharmacy locations and corporate departments.
    Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
    Develop and document policies and procedures to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
    Participate in budgeting and forecasting. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance.

    Position Qualifications for the

    Accounting Manager:
    Education/Learning Experience

    Required:
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

    Desired:
    MBA or CPA or in process of obtaining

    Work Experience


    Required: 5-7 years


    Desired: 7-10 years

    Skills/Knowledge

    Required:
    General Ledger Accounting, Microsoft Excel; Healthcare or Pharmacy Accounting

    Desired:
    Oracle Accounting Software, SAP Accounting Software, Microsoft Access

    Licenses/Certifications

    Desired:
    CPA or in process of obtaining
