This DIRECT HIRE position is a multifaceted, field-based role that involves managing projects while ensuring environmental compliance at client sites. Daily responsibilities encompass coordinating client needs, overseeing field tasks, conducting assessments, and implementing environmental programs. Effective time management is crucial to meet deliverables, and collaboration with internal teams is essential for seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to federal and state environmental regulations, internal procedures, and health and safety protocols while working in the field.

Address client or associate issues promptly and effectively, escalating to higher management when necessary.

Maintain accurate records and deliver required reports to clients in a timely manner.

Guide projects from proposal phase to completion, ensuring milestones are met.

Conduct monthly billing reviews for accurate client invoicing.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, preparing proposals as needed.

Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and proficiency in environmental services.

Execute work efficiently without compromising quality, seeking clarification when needed. Primarily local travel during business hours with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel as required.

Skills/ Qualifications:

Preferably holds an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Construction Management.

Preferred certifications include Asbestos Site Supervisor, Asbestos Inspector, MN 2-Day Air, and NIOSH 582; willingness to obtain within one year of hire.

Proficient communication skills for effective collaboration.

Strong customer service orientation.

Sound decision-making abilities.

Goal-driven with a focus on delivering results.

Technical expertise in environmental science and related fields.

Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks.

Comfortable working alone.

High school diploma or equivalent
