We are currently seeking two nursing professionals (m/f/d) to join our senior care home "Bodelschwingh" in Freital, located in Spring Lake, IN.

These positions are available immediately and are for 32 hours per week with the possibility of full-time employment.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing professional, comprehensive and planned care
  • Maintaining nursing documentation
  • Creating and evaluating care plans
  • Ensuring quality of care and care processes
  • Advising and supporting residents, family members and visitors

Requirements:


  • Qualification as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing professional
  • Indepth knowledge of geriatric care
  • Proficiency in using nursing process tools and PC applications
  • Positive attitude towards working with elderly, dependent and dementia patients
  • Resilience, commitment and teamwork skills
  • High social competence
  • Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
