- Dishwashing: Responsible for efficiently washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, including dishwashing station, sinks, and storage areas.
- Assist Kitchen Team: Support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils during peak service times.
- Adherence to Sanitation Standards: Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of dishes to customers.
- Flexibility: Willingness to assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, including food preparation, stocking supplies, and general cleaning tasks.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
