What you can expect from us:

  • You will be responsible for the financial accounting of individual companies or business units.
  • You will record incoming and outgoing invoices, including fixed assets, as well as bank, cash, travel expenses, and credit card statements.
  • You will initiate, process, and monitor payments.
  • You will handle accounts payable lists, including collections.
  • You will maintain account records (such as booking texts, allocations, and account reconciliations).
  • You will assist with monthly and annual financial statements.

What you should bring:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (preferably in financial accounting or as a tax clerk) or have a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, you have good knowledge of German commercial and tax legislation and have some experience in preparing annual financial statements.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers.
  • You ideally have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Navision) and excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • You enjoy working in a team.
