- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including completing and processing I-9 forms in compliance with federal regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and communication with employees
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
