This is a highly visible and interactive position working as closely with the C-suite as you do with your staff.
We will count on you to be the heartbeat of the firm, taking an active role in cross functional projects and coordinating inbound and outbound communication.
Your intuitiveness and excellent organizational skills along with the ability to pull together teams who love working together.You will also contribute to the overall success of the corporation by proactively support the owner through effective management of the accounting operations and HR administration including being accountable for the financial reporting infrastructure (people, process, systems) required to maintain the day to day operational requirements of their 3 offices (2 in WI 1 in IL) as well as delivering timely and accurate financial information to support the company.
General ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, billing, collections, percentage of completion project accounting. Assist in annual budgeting, audits, corporate tax etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
