Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our floor staff to ensure efficient and exceptional customer service. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a positive customer experience and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Supervise and lead the team, ensuring they provide exceptional service to customers.
Maintain a professional, organized and clean work environment.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management to develop and execute plans for improving team performance and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
**Qualifications:**
Proven experience as a professional Floor Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
Basic computer skills.
Bust be able to work, weekends and holidays.
Maintain a hands-on approach by stepping in to assist the team during busy or challenging periods.
