**Responsibilities

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities***- Coordinating compliance with legal regulations and requirements for fire, explosion, and noise protection

Monitoring process parameters and conducting paint adhesion tests
Creating standards for handling chemicals and ensuring proper handling (chemical safety)
Conducting regular 5S inspections and following up on measures
Checking and monitoring plant, environmental, and process logs
Preparing and conducting meetings with authorities
Tracking and reducing media and material consumption in energy management
Defining measures to comply with VOC balance
Environmental and energy representative for the paint shop
Supporting process engineers

**Requirements

RequirementsRequirements***- Successfully completed degree in engineering (mechanical engineering or similar) with a focus on environmental technology

Several years of professional experience (usually > 5 years) in a similar field
Good knowledge of planning tools
Knowledge of processes and requirements specifically for our paint shop
Experience in project work
Independent work style, assertiveness, commitment, communication, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
