All Pro Services, LLC (APAS) is seeking to hire a
General Clerk III to provide temporary staffing services to The Office of The State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), Division of Early Learning (DEL) to handle the extra workload of the Quality Initiatives Unit.


Duties and Responsibilities:

- update education credential of early childhood educators maintained through the Division on Early Learning Licensing Tool (DELLT),
- create staff qualification certificate; utilize the standard operating procedures (SOP) in verifying early childhood educators credentials,
- upload early childhood educators credentials and staff qualification certificates from OSSE DEL drive to DELLT;
- confirm early childhood educators credential match their records in DELLT;
- coordinate with various OSSE DEL staff and other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Requires 12 years of similar experience performing daily office tasks.

Responsibilities:


  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
  • Enter orders into the computer system accurately
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
