Your Responsibilities:
Friendly and competent customer service and creation of customer orders
Customeroriented actions and fulfillment of our service concept
Taking responsibility for the attractive presentation and placement of products and promotional items in your sales area
Conducting price labeling and placing signage
Making decisions within your scope of action, e.g. handling complaints and contributing ideas for product selection

Your Qualifications:

Experience in retail, e.g. as a retail/wholesale merchant, salesperson, customer advisor) or in a trade, e.g. as a gardener/landscaper or as a career changer from another industry
Knowledge in the garden and landscaping product category and a willingness to get involved
Enjoyment of direct contact with customers, selling our products, and strong communication and problemsolving skills
