Join us in shaping the companies of tomorrow. We are looking for you to support our IT team at our location in Ulm.
Here's where we can count on you
- In collaboration with your colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related matters. This includes tasks such as receiving, processing, and prioritizing orders and disruptions via phone or ticket system.
- You will also be responsible for ordering, installing, and providing IT devices and software.
- You will provide support at 1st and 2nd level, from error analysis to qualification and initial solutions.
- You will be involved in various IT projects (migrations, implementation of new systems, updates, etc.) in a modern infrastructure environment.
- Lastly, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, as well as managing inventory and conducting employee trainings (internal processes, hardware, and software).
What you bring to the table
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in the IT field, preferably in the ServiceDesk and user support area.
- High customer service orientation, a good technical understanding, and the ability to work independently.
