+ Coordination of Supplier Quality Activities with BA Plant Supplier Quality
+ Interface Function to Group Sector Supplier Quality Management
+ Coordination of the operational Supplier Quality Planning within the BA
+ Coordination of Supplier Performance Management and Improvement (incl. Supplier Escalations)
+ Drive improvement Projects with Plant Supplier Quality
+ Definition of CT Supplier Quality Requirements
+ Coordination/control/execution of CT Supplier Audit Management
+ Control and coordination of CT Supplier Escalations
+ Control/execution of Supplier Quality Planning (APQP & PPAP-tracking)
+ Monitoring & Improvement of Supplier Quality Performance
+ In collaboration with the respective Central SQM (coordinator of plant SQA)
+ Technical Degree, e.g. in the field of Engineering, Production Technology,
+ 5 years of Management experience preferably in Quality or Manufacturing
+ 3 years of professional experience and methodological competence in the field of Quality Management
+ Supplier communication experience
+ At least 5 years experience in technical problem solving, customer requeriments application
+ Strong leadership skills (team skills, conflict, management, networking)
+ Experience with intercultural communication (eg. internally across locations, international customers, international suppliers).
