    Compliance Manager

    Malvern, PA

    Hybrid

    Position Overview

    This role is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of a mission-based team in an organization dedicated to increasing philanthropic giving through donor advised funds. As the Compliance Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert related to compliance and regulatory topics impacting donor advised funds while advancing more general enterprise matters for the organization.

    Responsibilities

    · Develop a framework for promoting best practices in complying with regulatory requirements

    · Act as the key interface with enterprise-wide compliance partners for integrating policies and frameworks

    · Periodic review and update of all internal and external policies that require Board approval

    · Research any new legislation or regulatory changes in concert risk and OGC counterparts and lead an operationalized response to potential changes or laws

    · Serve as a compliance subject matter expert

    · Oversee external control assessment activity

    · Oversight of recommended Policy & Guidelines updates

    · Oversee donor programs across donors and advisors with special focus on recommending and prioritizing an enhanced, scalable enterprise approach

    · Utilize Agile best practices to develop, implement, and drive project plans and team participants from scoping to close-out as assigned across compliance needs

    · Perform independent assessment reviews to ensure that operational controls and quality assurance are appropriately designed and implemented

    · Serve as a subject matter expert representing the compliance perspective in support of technical and non-technical development opportunities

    · Participate in compliance assessment of Strategic initiatives and major projects

    Qualifications

    · Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Master's degree in business, Management, Finance, or Accounting preferred

    · 7 years of experience with a focus on compliance and non-profits. Experience in the donor-advised fund industry preferred

    · Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while multitasking

    · Excellent attention to detail, strong organization skills, and time management

    · Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

    · Display the utmost level of integrity

    · Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of staff

    · Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively

    Compensation

    · Salary: $100,000 - $105,000
