    Minimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.

As part of our mission, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Paraprofessionals.

    Role Description: This full-time Paraprofessional position offers the opportunity to work within various classroom settings, including but not limited to:

    • Group instruction settings
    • 1:1 support roles
    • Floating Paraprofessional assignments

    Paraprofessionals will work under the guidance of teachers and other support staff to provide assistance to students with special education needs. Responsibilities may include implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), supporting classroom management, assisting with instructional activities, providing behavioral support, and fostering a positive learning environment.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
    • Associate's degree or higher in education, psychology, or related field (preferred)
    • Certification as a paraprofessional or equivalent training in special education (preferred)
    • At least one year of recent experience working with students with diverse learning needs
    • Knowledge of special education practices and principles
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other team members
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with special needs
    • Ability to adapt to various classroom settings and responsibilities

    Educational and Licensing Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
    • Associate's degree or higher in education, psychology, or related field (preferred)
    • Certification as a paraprofessional or equivalent training in special education (preferred)
