The Human Resources department is an important contributor to the German Pension Insurance Agency with around 800 employees.

In the areas of personnel and leadership development, recruitment, training of young professionals, personnel services, personnel forecasting and consulting, occupational health management, as well as labor, service, and collective bargaining law, we specifically address the current and future challenges of our personnel work.

We are looking for a leader for the HR department who can effectively manage and foster a constructive, goal-oriented, and collaborative dialogue with all stakeholders, and who shares our enthusiasm for shaping the future of our working world.

Your Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the HR department, as well as driving its future development
Supporting and advising the executive board on all personnelrelated matters
Acting as a liaison with other departments on personnel and HRrelated topics such as recruitment, personnel administration, collective bargaining, strategic personnel development, and employee retention
Initiating and managing change processes
Collaborating closely with the selfgoverning bodies
Building a trusting and constructive relationship with the equal opportunities officer
Representing the employer and employer's representative in a trusting and open communication with employee and interest groups
Maintaining contacts with social security institutions and their associations, as well as members and associations of social partners and/or other partners of the German Pension Insurance Agency
