We are currently seeking lawyers (m/f/d) to join our M&A practice group at our office in Hamburg. Our transaction team has held a leading position in the field of M&A for years. Your future responsibilities will include comprehensive legal advice for our clients (from startups and medium-sized companies to international corporations and venture capital or private equity firms) in all areas of corporate law, as well as complex national and international M&A transactions.
