We are currently seeking a full-time Machine Operator (m/f/d) for our location in Crimmitschau, Benton, TN.

Job Description:

  • Operating Trumpf laser systems (TruLaser 3030)
  • Independently loading and unloading the machines and removing scrap grids and cuttings
  • Setting up, adjusting, and producing 2D cuts
  • Retrieving and loading CNC programs
  • Troubleshooting
  • Quality and visual inspections
  • Working independently and organizing work processes
  • Performing maintenance and minor repairs according to checklists

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession
  • Several years of work experience
  • Experience with CNC machines
  • Technical understanding
  • Selfsufficiency, teamwork, and resilience
  • Quality and responsibility awareness
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to work in a 2shift operation
